According to new research, dental professionals are making work-life balance a priority, seeking flexible workplaces that offer development opportunities and a culture that supports wellbeing.
As published by The Dentist, research from Bupa Dental Cares revealed that 35% of practitioners prioritise work-life balance, 31% training and development, and 29% prioritise a collaborative, supportive culture when it comes to their career.
33% of participants felt that opportunities for progression and mentoring are limited, with 25% saying they want to make a meaningful impact in the profession, and 24% want to feel valued and be proud of where they work.
